I have a record of successfully completed software projects during my work as Project manager, System Designer and Software Engineer. I strongly believe that any of those positions derives power from the remaining positions.

I graduated from Tallinn Technical University, Estonia with Master Degree in Software Engineering and studying now as a doctorate. My major was Data Analysis and Information systems (Project Management and Design). I believe that my academic background combined with my work experience will be extremely useful and beneficial.

At the moment, I am interested in applying and expanding my experience and knowledge in the following positions:

1. Project Manager: Using my university education and an experience of applying Synergy Development Process (Synergy) and Microsoft Solution Framework (MSF) to the project management.

2. Software Design: Using Synergy and MSF approaches to the software design and UML.

3. Project Lead: Using my knowledge and experience of the next programming languages: VB/JAVA/COM/DCOM/IIS/ASP/DHTML. Migrating to another language is not a problem since 5-year experience working for different companies and using different technologies gave me flexibility of thinking, creativity and ability to learn quickly.

I think that the best work for my skills and experience is to analyze (to find what to do and how to do) rather than just to do (to code).
